Walker Home Pros / For agents
For real estate agents
Walker Home Pros provides home inspections with Matt Walker across Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yuba, and Yolo counties. When you refer a client, they get a thorough inspection and a clear, same-day report, and you get scheduling that is simple to keep track of.
What you and your clients can expect
- Same-day reports. Matt delivers clear, same-day reports. Mention your contingency deadline when you book so Matt can plan around it.
- Simple confirmations. Matt emails a link to confirm the appointment, and your client or you can use it. The same link covers who will provide access, whether utilities will be on, and who plans to attend.
- Easy changes and reminders. If the time doesn’t work, the link lets you suggest better times. Confirmed appointments get a reminder the day before, plus links to add the inspection to a calendar.
- A report that is easy to use. Clients get an online report and a PDF, with photos and a summary of the items that need attention.
How to book for a client
Call Matt or send an inspection request. If you use the request form, enter your own contact details and add your client’s name, email, and any deadline in the message box. It helps to have:
- The property address, property type, and approximate size
- Any additional buildings or units
- Your contingency deadline and preferred times
- How the home will be accessed
Matt will confirm the scope, price, and availability directly. A request is not a confirmed appointment. Please share lockbox and gate codes with Matt by phone, not through the form or email.
Properties Matt inspects
Matt inspects single-family homes, condos, townhomes, duplexes to fourplexes, ADUs, and manufactured homes, for buyers, sellers, and homeowners. See the full list of areas we serve.
Working together during the inspection
Matt’s job is to report what can be observed and explain it clearly, so your client can decide what to do next. Decisions about price, repairs, and negotiation stay with your client and you. A general inspection covers visible, accessible components, so Matt will point out when something calls for a specialist, such as a sewer camera inspection, septic or well evaluation, or a full chimney review.
Questions agents ask
Can I attend the inspection?
Yes, agents are welcome. Let Matt know you plan to attend when you schedule.
Will I get a copy of the report?
The report belongs to your client. With your client’s approval, Matt can email you the report link as well.
How soon can Matt get to a property?
It depends on the schedule and the location, so call with the address and your deadline. Matt inspects on Saturdays as well as weekdays. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
What does an inspection cost?
Ask Matt for a quote based on the property’s size, age, location, and structure type. Additional buildings or units should be discussed before the appointment.
